A Stronger Foundation for Life

At OsteoStrong Rapid City, we help you build a stronger foundation for life. Our unique, science-backed system is designed to support bone strength, improve balance, increase strength, and help you maintain the mobility and independence needed to keep doing the things you love.

Using innovative technology and brief, personalized sessions, OsteoStrong provides a different approach to skeletal strength and healthy aging—helping you become stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for the years ahead.

OsteoStrong: A Different Type of Strength Training

We are a specialized osteoporosis treatment center focused on strengthening the body’s structural foundation. Instead of long workouts or traditional gym routines, you move through four advanced machines that use short, controlled motions to safely apply high levels of resistance to your skeletal system.

The process sparks a natural response in the body (osteogenesis) that encourages new bone growth and better overall strength.

Each session takes about ten minutes, once a week, and you’re always guided by a trained coach to keep things safe and effective. Along the way, the machines give you instant feedback, so you can see how your strength is improving over time.

What We Offer at OsteoStrong – Rapid City

We are a specialized osteoporosis treatment center focused on strengthening the body’s structural foundation. Instead of long workouts or traditional gym routines, you move through four advanced machines that use short, controlled motions to safely apply high levels of resistance to your skeletal system.

Balance Vibe Plate

The Balance Vibe Plate can be used before or after osteogenic loading to support balance, stability, coordination, and neuromuscular activation. The platform operates at 30 Hz, producing 30 vibrations per second, which creates rapid changes in the body’s stability and requires continuous adjustments to maintain position.

These vibrations stimulate reflexive neuromuscular responses, encouraging the muscles responsible for stabilization and postural control to rapidly contract and relax. As the body responds to the vibrating surface, muscles throughout the legs, core, and upper body work together to maintain balance and positioning.

Used before an OsteoStrong session, the Balance Vibe Plate can help prepare the neuromuscular system for movement and loading. Used after osteogenic loading, it provides an additional opportunity to challenge balance, coordination, and muscular control.

As part of the OsteoStrong experience, the Balance Vibe Plate complements osteogenic loading by supporting better balance, greater stability, improved body awareness, and functional movement—all important components of staying active, confident, and independent.

HydroMassage

Recover. Relax. Move Better.

HydroMassage uses powerful, targeted streams of heated water beneath the surface of the bed to provide a relaxing full-body massage—all while you remain comfortable and fully clothed. The pressure and treatment area can be customized to focus on the back, hips, legs, or other areas that need attention.

It pairs especially well with your OsteoStrong session. After high-intensity skeletal loading challenges your muscles and supporting structures, HydroMassage provides a comfortable recovery experience that can help relax tight muscles, reduce muscle tension and soreness, promote circulation, and improve your overall sense of mobility and relaxation.

Upper Growth Trigger (UGT)

The Upper Growth Trigger (UGT) is biomechanically designed to create high levels of loading through the upper body while engaging the pectorals, triceps, deltoids, and supporting muscles of the shoulders and arms. Members press upward from a strong, controlled position, allowing them to generate significant force while maintaining proper alignment.

The positioning of the UGT is designed to mimic the natural posture the body assumes when bracing or protecting itself during a fall, making upper-body strength especially relevant to everyday function. The brief, controlled loading stimulus challenges both the muscular and skeletal systems and is designed to encourage the body’s natural adaptive response.

As an important component of the OsteoStrong system, the Upper Growth Trigger is designed to support upper-body strength, skeletal health, stability, and functional capacity—helping members build the strength and resilience needed for everyday activities and healthy aging.

Core Growth Trigger (CGT)

The Core Growth Trigger (CGT) is biomechanically designed to safely engage and load the muscles and skeletal structures of the upper body and core. The movement targets the biceps, latissimus dorsi, deep abdominal muscles, and surrounding stabilizing muscles, while creating significant loading through the torso and lower rib cage.

By placing the body in an optimal biomechanical position, the Core Growth Trigger allows members to generate high levels of muscular force during a brief, controlled movement. This creates a powerful stimulus for the muscles and skeletal system while minimizing unnecessary impact and repetitive motion.

As part of the OsteoStrong system, the Core Growth Trigger is designed to support bone strength, core stability, upper-body strength, posture, and overall functional performance—helping build a stronger foundation for everyday movement and long-term independence.

Lower Growth Trigger (LGT)

The Lower Growth Trigger (LGT) is biomechanically designed to create high levels of loading through the lower body while engaging the quadriceps, calves, hips, and supporting musculature. From a controlled and optimized position, the member presses through the feet and legs, allowing them to safely generate forces beyond what are typically experienced during everyday activities.

As the member progressively increases the force they produce, the LGT creates significant muscular tension and compression through the lower-body skeletal system. This brief, controlled loading stimulus is designed to trigger the body’s natural adaptive response in both muscle and bone.

As a key component of the OsteoStrong system, the Lower Growth Trigger is designed to support lower-body strength, skeletal health, stability, and functional performance—all of which are important for maintaining mobility, confidence, and independence as we age.

Postural Growth Trigger (PGT)

The Postural Growth Trigger (PGT) is biomechanically designed to create controlled loading through the spine, back, hips, and forearms, while engaging the muscles responsible for maintaining strong, upright posture. Members generate force from a stable position while gripping the handles and driving through the body, creating significant muscular tension and skeletal loading.

The PGT places particular emphasis on the posterior chain and spinal-supporting musculature, helping challenge the structures that play an important role in posture, stability, and everyday movement. The brief, controlled loading stimulus is designed to encourage the body’s natural adaptive response in both muscle and bone.

As part of the OsteoStrong system, the Postural Growth Trigger is designed to support spinal and skeletal strength, posture, grip strength, stability, and functional performance—helping members build a stronger foundation for maintaining mobility and independence throughout life.

Red Light Therapy

Recharge, Recover & Rejuvenate

Our Joovv 2.0 Red Light Therapy uses targeted red and near-infrared light to support your body at the cellular level. These specific wavelengths of light penetrate the skin and are absorbed by cells, helping support cellular energy production and the body’s natural recovery processes.

Red light therapy may help support healthy skin, circulation, muscle recovery, reduced exercise-related soreness, and overall cellular function.

The treatment is non-invasive, requires no downtime, and gives you a chance to simply relax while supporting your body from the inside out.

How Our Osteoporosis Management Process Works

STEP 1
First Visit

You’ll begin your first visit by filling out a short health history form. This gives your coach a quick sense of your background, goals, and any areas that need extra care.

STEP 2
The Four-Machine Circuit

Next, you’ll complete two simple tests: balance and grip strength. These provide a starting point so your progress can be measured accurately over time.

STEP 3

A Clear Walk-Through

Your coach will explain how the OsteoStrong system works, what’s happening inside your body, and how the machines safely support bone and structural strength.

STEP 4
Quick Baseline Checks

You’ll move through four specialized machines meant for the hips, spine, and posture. On each one, you’ll perform just two slow, controlled reps while your coach guides your form and supports you.

STEP 5
Real-Time Strength Display

Each machine displays your force output on a screen as you go. The data is saved to your personal profile to track your progress, session after session.

STEP 6
Optional Recovery Support

Depending on your membership, complete your session with recovery options such as red light therapy, compression boots, PEMF, or HydroMassage to support circulation, relaxation, and overall recovery.

STEP 7
